We want every order to feel considered and reliable. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Personalised, custom-made, opened fragrance, opened bakhoor, and hygiene-sensitive beauty or wellness items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email orders@naqshluxury.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect. Our team will reply with return instructions and the applicable return address or courier arrangement.

Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Naqsh will arrange a replacement, refund, or return solution at no extra cost to you.
  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, we can exchange an item for another variant or item of equal value. Contact orders@naqshluxury.com before sending anything back.
